2018 MBA Housing Awards Finalist – Renovations & Additions $750,000 - $1,000,000
Inspired by the Hamptons design, this was a beautiful project to design and build. As always, working closely with the clients we designed this renovation/addition around the existing 1920’s cottage, and while working in empathy with the older building, wanted to meld it into the new rear, two storey addition.
In the process, we dropped the entire back garden down 600mm and finished the front garden in keeping with the property.
